EnTitle Insurance Company, a direct-to-consumer title insurance underwriter, is integrating with Ellie Mae’s Encompass360 Mortgage Management Solution to enable lenders to order title and settlement services using its direct-to-consumer rates.

The company offers title premium savings of up to 35% when compared to the competition by removing title agent commissions and building an efficient centralized operating platform.

EnTitle Insurance president Timothy Dwyer said that with Encompass360 integration, the company has expanded service by providing effortless ordering for more lenders.

By using both Entitle Direct and Encompass360, the lenders will achieve highly efficient and low cost loan origination.

"We are now offering a new avenue to access the Entitle Direct pricing advantage for our existing client base, plus ensuring easy accessibility to our reduced rates for a new group of originators," Dwyer added.
