Frontline Homeowners Insurance has launched a major update to its web-based agent point-of-sale (PoS) system in partnership with Torrent Technologies to help its agents in processing flood coverage policies.
The updated web-based application provides faster turnaround time and improved data management for agents.
Frontline Homeowners Insurance president Leman Porter said that the company's new technology platform helps its agents to quickly and accurately process flood submissions, which translates into more profitable agents.
"By integrating our technology platform with Torrents', we are able to provide a much more efficient way for agents to service their customers," Porter added.
The update will focus on seamless integration between the companies' policy issuance systems and enables them to provide flood policy submissions as well as faster real-time results processing.
Frontline said its web-based integration will provide better level of data accuracy and real-time transaction processing.
