Insurance solutions provider ISCS has added new document management functionality in its version 3.0.6 of SurePower Innovation Policy Administration Suite (SurePower) to streamline workflows for insurers.

SurePower is an enterprise suite that reduces risk and enhances business agility for property and casualty insurers.

ISCS chief technology officer Doug Moore said that document management impacts the usability and daily productivity of the company's users in a measurable way across all core components.

"We are excited to be able to provide some key enhancements that our customers have been requesting, such as SurePower Innovation's new ability to electronically annotate attachments," Moore added.

Version 3.0.6 of SurePower includes annotations that enable users to electronically add attachments listed in the documents tab or on the attachments list tab.

Apart from improved user control of workflow, the new version of SurePower also features tighter e-mail integration enhancement that allow users to submit new business applications and first notice of loss forms through e-mail.

Users can also split documents and/or combine individual pages within documents into new documents with the split and combine feature of new SurePower suite.
