MetLife has launched its new integrated benefits approach to help employers effectively deliver comprehensive benefits strategies.

Integrating expanded access to MetLife's suite of product solutions, including new hospital indemnity, whole life and level-pay critical illness insurance products, the new approach comes with enhanced enrolment capabilities and a simplified service experience.

MetLife Voluntary & Worksite Benefits senior vice president Michael Fradkin said, "Offering employees a range of employer-paid and voluntary benefits to choose from helps to meet the varied needs of an increasingly diverse workforce while also helping companies attract and retain skilled employees.

"Additionally, our approach is designed to reduce an employer's administrative burden through flexible options that make it easier to offer and communicate multiple benefits options to their employees."

MetLife, Inc is a global insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs provider. Serving 90 million customers through its subsidiaries and affiliates, MetLife has presence in the US, Japan, Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
